Interview with Peter G. Rebeiz
In this issue, the first ‘victim’ of our series, John Béguin has invited a dear friend, a musician, lover of the arts and entrepreneur par excellence: Peter G. Rebeiz.
Peter, 48, is chairman and chief executive of Caviar House and Prunier, the world’s largest importer and distributor of caviar; the company was also the first trader to enter the travel food retail market in 1970. Today, it is based in Switzerland, with outlets worldwide. He is also at the helm of Balik, producers of what is considered by most aficionados to be the best smoked salmon in the world. Mr Rebeiz give his views on business and his philosophy on life with great generosity in the confines of the Caviar House & Prunier restaurant in downtown Geneva.
