The naxoo advisers are at your disposal at Quai du Seujet 28, in Geneva, Mondays through Saturdays from 9 am to 6 pm and will be happy to great you at your next visit.
The small naxoo “plusses”
If you can’t personally get to the naxoo shop, you can speak to their advisers by phone on 0844 822 123, Mondays through Fridays from 8 am to 9 pm and Saturdays from 9 am to 6 pm.
And if you don’t speak French,
they’ll help you not only in English but in 10 other languages as well, including German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese,
Russian and Serbian, among others.
Plus, if a technical problem can’t be resolved over the telephone, naxoo’s highly trained after-sales-service technicians can come to you at a fixed appointment.
