If the most famous philosopher of all were alive today, he might find Switzerland remarkably similar to his own Athens of the fifth century BC. Socrates would interrogate the movers and shakers of this country in search of honest discussions that lead to truth and in doing so, he elicited and tested his interlocutors’ deepest and most hidden opinions, a process now known as Socratic dialectic.
In the footsteps of the wise old philosopher, we would like to propose a Balik – Swiss Style dialectic: A platform from which decision-makers amongst our readership and friends can propose, during an unscripted and hopefully smart discussion, fresh perspectives on life outside the realm of their overloaded professional lives.
